All floral arrangements and add ons are final sale. Because each order is made to order using fresh, seasonal flowers, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after confirmation. This applies to both same day and scheduled delivery orders, as flowers are sourced and prepared in advance to ensure freshness and quality.
Yes, same day local delivery is available for eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Same day orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
Our designs reflect seasonal availability and the natural beauty of flowers. While we always honor the style, color palette, and value of your arrangement, exact flower varieties may vary. These natural substitutions are part of our design approach and do not qualify for refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue promptly and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left with a doorman, concierge, receptionist, or in a secure location when possible, unless specific delivery instructions state otherwise. Please ensure delivery details and recipient contact information are accurate at checkout.
We currently offer local delivery within select areas of New York City and nearby locations. Delivery availability is determined by the recipient address and selected date during checkout. Addresses outside our service area will not display delivery options.
