Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery within select areas of New York City and nearby locations. Delivery availability is based on the recipient address and selected delivery date at checkout. If an address falls outside our service area, delivery options will not be available.
Same Day Local Delivery
Same day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. Same day orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
Scheduled Deliveries
You may choose a future delivery date during checkout for birthdays, events, holidays, and special occasions. Scheduled deliveries are fulfilled on the selected date during our standard delivery windows. While we do our best to accommodate timing requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Windows
Deliveries are made throughout the day during our standard operating hours. Flowers may be left with a doorman, concierge, receptionist, or at a secure location if the recipient is unavailable, unless specific delivery instructions state otherwise.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance, delivery date, and order details. All delivery fees are non refundable once an order has been processed.
Recipient Availability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and recipient contact information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or restricted access locations.
Weather and Unforeseen Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery, such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and assist accordingly.
