At The Bloomery NYC, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed and prepared to order with fresh, seasonal flowers. Because of the perishable and customized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Fresh, Made to Order Creations

Each floral arrangement is crafted specifically for your selected date, occasion, and preferences. Flowers are sourced and prepared in advance to ensure freshness and quality, which means orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged after confirmation.

Same Day and Scheduled Deliveries

For same day delivery orders, refunds are not available under any circumstances due to immediate processing and preparation. For scheduled deliveries, changes or cancellations are not accepted once the order enters production.

Substitutions and Seasonal Variations

Our designs reflect the beauty of nature and seasonal availability. While we always honor the style, color palette, and value of your arrangement, exact flower varieties may vary. These natural substitutions do not qualify for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue promptly and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued in these cases.

Add Ons and Gift Items

All add ons, including candles, cards, and other gift items, are also final sale and non refundable.
